The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all information technology functions across Real Estate. This includes developing IT strategies, managing infrastructure and systems, ensuring cybersecurity
compliance, and leading IT operations and vendors to support business objectives efficiently and securely.
3.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and outsourced partners.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost efficiency across all technology operations.
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical support to all employees.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of user requests and technical issues.
- Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing and security requirements.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across company systems (Active Directory, Email, Odoo ERP, Microsoft 365).
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity and data protection policies.
- Manage antivirus, firewall, and backup systems to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees.
- Manage and evaluate relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality, SLAs, and cost efficiency.
- Propose and evaluate new technological solutions that improve operations and productivity.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor relations.
- Exposure to ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and business continuity plans.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and provide IT leadership in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and server management.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Teamwork, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
