Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Network Administrator maintains secure, resilient, and highly available LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and associated network services across classified and unclassified environments while coordinating enterprise incidents and changes with higher-level organizations.
- Install, configure, administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure supporting NIPRNet, SIPRNet, voice, video, and mission-partner services.
- Administer Cisco or other Government-approved routers, switches, access-control systems, network appliances, and associated software.
- Configure and maintain VLANs, trunks, spanning tree, routing, access ports, port security, segmentation, and Quality of Service.
- Monitor availability, utilization, performance, and events using Government-approved network management tools.
- Perform fault isolation, root-cause analysis, outage response, restoration, and escalation to RCC-SWA, USARCENT, CENTCOM, NETCOM, DISA, vendors, and other organizations.
- Maintain approved software and firmware versions, configuration backups, version control, audit trails, and protected configuration data.
- Implement approved changes through Configuration Control Board and change-management processes.
- Support network extensions, office reconfigurations, infrastructure expansion, technology refreshes, and enterprise upgrades.
- Develop implementation schedules, test plans, rollback procedures, resource estimates, and risk assessments for network changes.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, access, and application-connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with Systems, Voice, VTC, Desktop, Cybersecurity, and OSP/ISP personnel on cross-functional incidents and projects.
- Maintain network diagrams, Layer 1/2/3 topologies, IP and VLAN records, circuit inventories, rack elevations, and procedures.
- Support STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, patching, audits, inspections, continuity, disaster recovery, and failover planning.
- Participate in maintenance windows, Authorized Service Interruptions, emergency recall, and on-call rotations.

- Four (4) or more years of progressively responsible enterprise network administration experience.
