Cybersecurity Governance & Performance Specialist
About the RoleExecute T2's cybersecurity governance operating rhythm by consolidating KPI/KRI data, maintaining cyber roadmap trackers, governing remediation evidence, supporting audit and committee reporting, and ensuring leadership visibility over control health, SLA adherence, and strategic security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- KPI / KRI Consolidation
Collect and validate cyber performance inputs across SOC, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Dev Sec Ops , and Data Security. Consolidate metrics (MTTD, MTTR, vulnerability aging, phishing failure rate) and translate technical data into leadership-friendly narratives.
- Roadmap Tracker Governance
Maintain the master tracker for strategic initiatives (SIEM, SOAR, zero trust, IAM maturity, DLP, PDPL uplift, DSPM). Track milestones, owners, dependencies, and budget checkpoints, and escal
- Audit Findings
Own governance trackers for internal/ISO audits, NCA observations, PDPL gaps, and pen-test actions. Ensure each finding has an owner, due date, closure criteria, and evidence reference.
- Committee Packs
Prepare packs for CSO reviews, risk councils, audit committees, and board cyber updates. Capture decisions, risk acceptances, escalations, and action items.
- Maturity Dashboards
Support maturity assessments across SOC, App Sec, IAM, Data Security, cloud, and AI security. Update dashboards and executive scorecards.
- Repository Governance
Maintain governance repositories and improve efficiency through automated feeds, Power BI dashboards, and milestone alerts.
- Education Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, PMO, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience 3+ years in cybersecurity governance reporting, PMO performance tracking, audit remediation, or executive cyber dashboards.
- Certifications Power BI / Tableau / ISO 27001 Awareness / Balanced Scorecard / KPI Reporting.
