Oracle NetSuite Consultant

We are seeking a Net Suite Consultant to support and maintain the company’s Net Suite ERP platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to ensure Net Suite is configured effectively, supports financial business processes, and delivers reliable reporting.

The role involves analyzing business needs, providing consulting services to implement effective Net Suite solutions, and conducting management consulting to ensure system alignment with business processes. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring Net Suite, and providing training and ongoing support for tailored solutions.

• Support on Net Suite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices.
• Configure Net Suite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on our business needs.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend Net Suite functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations.
• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Net Suite capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.

• 3 – 6 years of hands‑on Net Suite implementation, configuration, and support experience.
• Strong understanding of Net Suite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk integrations is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Net Suite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
