We are looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst strong to analyze business needs gather requirements and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
Responsibilities- Gather analyze and document business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Prepare BRDs functional requirements and process documentation
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements
- Coordinate with development and QA teams
- Review solutions and ensure they meet business requirements
- Identify process improvements and recommend suitable solutions
- Support testing UAT and implementation activities
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of software development and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
