Code Ninja is hiring two hands-on CVM / Segmentation Specialists to support customer segmentation, profiling, and campaign targeting for a Retail Banking client. This is an execution role focused on turning data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance.
You will build segmentation models (RFM, behavioral, value-based), profile customers, translate outputs into audience lists, and create BI dashboards to track CVM metrics and campaign KPIs.
