Responsible for administering, configuring and continuously improving the Service Now platform, which underpins a significant portion of the organisation's HR and IT service delivery. The role includes acting as an application consultant across the wider applications estate, translating business requirements from all functions into configured, well-documented and reliable application solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Configure and enhance workflows, automations, catalogs, and business applications within Service Now.
- Support and improve HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities, including case management and employee services.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Service Now, SAP Success Factors, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and other business applications.
- Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver enhancements and projects successfully.
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise application administration, configuration, and support.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Service Now administration and configuration experience.
- Experience with ERP and/or HCM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or SAP Success Factors.
- Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Service Now Administration and Configuration.
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and ITSM modules.
- Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and identity management.
- Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise application integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
- ITIL, Microsoft, and additional Service Now certifications are advantageous.
