About the client

Our client is a government-owned entity in Saudi Arabia focused on enhancing cybersecurity across critical industrial infrastructure. They are responsible for implementing governance, risk management, and compliance measures aligned with global cybersecurity standards. The organization works closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and the protection of essential control systems across multiple sites.

This job is responsible to drive end-to-end SAP Finance transformation initiatives to a Group Holding and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across all SAP Finance modules, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects across global landscapes (ECC and S/4
  
  HANA).
• Act as the primary point of contact for finance stakeholders, translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on finance process design, best practices, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality standards.
• Conduct workshops with client business teams (CFO, Controllers, Finance Managers) to gather requirements and design fit-gap analysis.
• Configure and provide subject matter expertise across all SAP Finance sub-modules (detailed below).
• Manage integration touchpoints with SD, MM, PP, PS, HR/HCM, and third-party systems.
• Own project governance — status reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication at the leadership level.
• Support data migration strategy (LSMW, LTMC, BODS) for finance master and transactional data.
• Drive testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression) and cutover/go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay current with SAP S/4

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA/CPA preferred.

• 15+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with at least 8–9 full-cycle S/4
  
  HANA implementations.

• Strong hands-on configuration experience across all modules listed above.
• Experience leading teams of 12+ consultants across onshore/offshore models.
• Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules.
• Experience with SAP Activate / ASAP methodology.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance certification preferred.
• Experience in a specific industry vertical (Manufacturing, Retail, Oil & Gas, Pharma, etc.) is a plus.
• Exposure to ABAP debugging for issue resolution.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Group Reporting, or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) for finance reporting.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Practice Lead.
