Sr. Functional Consultant D365F&O (Expert in Advanced Warehouse Management

The Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant will lead the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable D365 F&O solutions across Finance and Supply Chain processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience delivering full-cycle D365 F&O implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-go-live support.

• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with developers and technical consultants.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and user training.
• Knowledge of LCS, Azure Dev Ops, Data Management/Data Entities, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and D365 F&O best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and mentor junior consultants.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain certification is preferred.

• Lead functional work streams for D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain implementations.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and business-process workshops.
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and recommend appropriate D365 F&O solutions.
• Configure Finance and Supply Chain modules based on approved requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities to use standard D365 functionality.
• Prepare functional design documents and specifications for required customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, architects, project managers, and business users.
• Lead functional testing, including SIT and UAT, and manage resolution of functional defects.
• Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Provide end-user training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional root-cause analysis.
• Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain functional documentation, configuration documentation, and process flows.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements while following D365 F&O implementation best practices.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and provide guidance on solution design and deliverables.
