We re seeking a driven IT Manager II Operations Tech Solutions to join our team In this role you will be responsible for leading technology solutions and operations within our warehouse environment You will manage a team of IT professionals ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
- 3+ years of leading technology teams as an information technology operations manager experience
- 5+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience
- Knowledge of hardware architectures
- Experience with system management tools and client/server environments
- Experience working in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
