New Business Development Manager

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target verticals in the KSA market - with a focus on Banking, Public Sector, and Large Enterprises. Preference for Arabic Speaking
• Build and own a strong pipeline from ground up with minimal dependency on inbound leads.
• Establish and nurture C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across target accounts.
• Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to construct compelling proposals and solutions.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue targets in line with regional sales objectives.

• Proven track record of hunting and winning new logos in the KSA market.
• Strong network across Banking, Public Sector, or large enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience selling IT Services, ERP, Digital Transformation, or Managed Services.
• Familiarity with the Saudi procurement landscape including RFP-driven sales cycles.
• Arabic language skills preferred;
  English communication is also essential.
• Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
