• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in solution engineering, enterprise architecture, systems integration or technology delivery.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams within a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading solution design and delivery for large-scale technology initiatives in the resources, energy or adjacent industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in budget management, strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, solution architecture or project/program management.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, bid management or commercially driven solution development activities.

• Strong knowledge of solution engineering, enterprise architecture and systems integration methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical strategy execution across multiple teams and complex delivery portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to business value and sector needs.
• Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and quality assurance practices within technology delivery.
• Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into practical sector-relevant solution capabilities.
• Strong planning, budgeting and performance management capability.
• Leadership skills to build teams, develop capability and drive accountability across the function.
