UI/UX Design
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong experience in designing complex digital platforms and enterprise systems, particularly for large government or corporate projects.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for large government or enterprise digital projects.
Experience designing complex Enterprise Systems, not only simple applications.
Strong knowledge of User Research, Requirements Analysis, Personas, User Flows, and Customer Journeys.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variables, and Components.
Experience building, maintaining, and applying Design Systems across digital products.
Experience conducting UX Audits and Usability Reviews and providing actionable recommendations.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Front-end development constraints to create feasible designs.
Ability to leverage Analytics and Heatmaps, with experience in tools such as Dynatrace, Google Analytics (GA), or Clarity being an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver presentations, and explain design decisions.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
