We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 6-10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the SAP Ariba suite, integration with SAP ERP platforms, and a proven track record of delivering successful procurement transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, implement, and support SAP Ariba solutions across Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Management
. - Manage supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and lifecycle management processes.
- Drive supplier collaboration through SAP Business Network (Ariba Network).
- Configure and optimize procurement processes, including:
- RFX and Auctions
- Contract Management
- Requisition-to-Purchase Order (P2P) Processes
- Approval Workflows
- Design and support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4
HANA/ECC using SAP CPI (Integration Suite), APIs, IDocs, and Web Services
. - Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and adoption of SAP best practices.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to business users and project teams.
- 6-10 years of SAP Ariba consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Ariba Sourcing
- SAP Ariba Contracts
- SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- SAP Business Network
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4
HANA or SAP ECC. - Strong knowledge of SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, and Web Services.
- Experience in end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience in solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and production support.
- SAP Ariba Certification(s).
- Experience in large-scale or global SAP Ariba implementations.
- Exposure to procurement transformation and digital sourcing initiatives.
