Newgen Techno-Functional Consultant​/Newgen Solution Specialist

Newgen Platform Support

• Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for the complete Newgen landscape.
• Manage and support the following Newgen modules:
  • NewgenONE Platform
  • Omni Docs (ECM/DMS)
  • Loan Origination System (LOS)
  • Fin Tech Middleware / Integration Layer
  • Service Request Management (SRM)
  • Collections Management System
• Perform configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Act as Level-1 and Level-2 support resource for critical production incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational excellence standards.

• Perform complete administration of Newgen environments including Development, UAT, and Production.
• Manage application deployments, configurations, user administration, security roles, and access controls.
• Monitor system health, performance, logs, and capacity.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, releases, and infrastructure changes.
• Design, and maintain business workflows within the Newgen platform.
  • Configure and optimize workflow routing, queues, escalations, notifications, and SLAs.
  • Implement process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain business rules within the Newgen rule management framework.
  • Develop, modify, and deploy decision rules supporting lending, collections, customer servicing, and operational processes.

• Develop, enhance, and support backend components for all change requests and system enhancements.
• Perform custom development using Newgen APIs, services, and integration frameworks.
• Design and develop complex SQL Server database objects including:
  • Stored Procedures
  • Functions
  • Views
  • Triggers

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Newgen platforms and solutions.
• Proven experience with:
  • NewgenONE
  • Omni Docs
  • Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
  • Fin Tech Middleware
  • SRM
  • Collection Management Systems
• Strong experience in workflow configuration and management.
• Hands‑on experience with rule management and business process automation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server database development and optimization.
• Experience in system integrations using APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in Dev Ops and CI/CD
