Exe Qut is seeking a skilled End User Support Engineer to join our IT Support team in a full-time onsite role. You will handle Level 1/2 support for end users, troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, manage Active Directory/Entra , and maintain IT assets and documentation.
You will coordinate with infrastructure and security teams, assist in onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with IT security policies and SLAs. Saudi nationals preferred for this position.
