ServiceNow Cloud Migration Lead; Senior Consultant - Platform Engineering

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Now Cloud Migration Lead to own and deliver the migration of a Service Now instance from a self-hosted (on-premise) environment to Service Now on GCP. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep platform knowledge and a structured delivery mindset.

• Lead end-to-end migration planning: discovery, architecture, cutover, and post-migration validation
• Conduct full assessment of the current on-prem instance (version, customizations, integrations, data volume)
• Design the migration approach — clone-based lift, upgrade alignment, or phased rollout
• Manage Service Now cloning, MID Server reconfiguration, and GCP connectivity
• Audit and remediate custom scripts, flows, and integrations pre-migration
• Coordinate with the client's infrastructure and security teams on network, SSO, and firewall changes
• Execute UAT support, regression testing, and hypercare post-go-live
• Produce migration runbooks, risk registers, and cutover plans

• 5+ years on the Service Now platform; at least one completed cloud migration (on-prem → cloud)
• Strong knowledge of Service Now architecture: MID Servers, instance cloning, upgrade paths
• Hands-on experience with GCP networking concepts (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, DNS)
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer)
• Integration experience: REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO/SAML
• Familiarity with Service Now PDI, instance hierarchy, and clone exclusion rules

• CSA or CIS certification
• Experience with Service Now Health Scan and ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Prior work in KSA/GCC enterprise environments
