You are a technically accountable, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (fds), directly shaping and driving AI-powered transformation from the first principles through exceptional data engineering and architecture.

You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for co-innovating and technically realizing transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. You lead the architectural charge—from initial data ingestion concepts to high-velocity production pipelines.

Your Responsibilities

Your mission is to partner with visionary clients, leverage our ‘solver DNA’ to disrupt traditional data silos, and genuinely futurify clients' business operations by creating ‘real value’ through cutting-edge data engineering and scalable architecture.

• Own the technical data solution delivery that directly fuels client revenue and success. Forecast, architect, and execute data strategies with precision.
• Architect and deliver compelling data products that build deep client trust and accelerate the adoption of data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage and deepen technical alliances with hyperscalers (GCP/AWS/Azure), modern data stack ISVs, and AI platforms to unlock cutting-edge pipeline and storage capabilities.
• Consult & Solve as the lead technical voice in strategic client conversations, translating ambiguous business problems into elegant, high-velocity data engineering solutions.
• Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking to uncover core client problems amenable to AI-powered data architectures.
• Apply our proprietary evlos methodology
  —iterate fast and fearlessly in the design and development of innovative, automated data ecosystems.
• Serve as the chief technical translator between a client's biggest business challenges and our most intelligent, cloud-native data platforms.
• Design AI-native, cloud-forward data solutions grounded in process intelligence, ensuring every byte of data fuels better outcomes.
• Replace “nice slides” with “production-grade automation” —delivering pleasant surprises for clients via working, real-world data flows.

• Consultative Data Architectural Solutioning : Drives deep modern data architectural solutioning and consultative guidance, directly enabling client wins and contributing to significant, revenue-generating engagements (e.g., projects valued at $X Mn+). You move beyond simple pipelines to design the AI-native data foundations that fuel enterprise-wide transformation.
