JobOverview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Solutions Architect/Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership for the assessment, architecture, modernization, migration, development, integration, upgrade, and support of enterprise SharePoint solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
The role will lead the modernization of SharePoint applications, Enterprise Content Management (ECM/ECMS) solutions, intranet and web portals, legacy applications, business intelligence solutions, and workflow platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct current-state assessments, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical feasibility studies.
- Define target-state architecture, solution designs, technical roadmaps, migration strategies, and implementation plans.
- Lead the design, prototyping, migration, and upgrade of SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
- Assess and modernize customizations, web parts, workflows, integrations, content repositories, and legacy components.
- Lead ECM/ECMS modernization, including content migration, taxonomy, metadata, search, security, and governance.
- Lead Nintex K2 / K2 Five upgrades, workflow migration, and optimization.
- Design and implement enterprise portals, corporate intranets, public-facing websites, internal applications, and Vendor Care Portal solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations between SharePoint and enterprise applications, databases, APIs, reporting platforms, and other systems.
- Provide technical leadership for SharePoint development, configuration, testing, deployment, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Lead technical testing, migration validation, production cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, development, and operational standards.
- Coordinate developers, administrators, infrastructure teams, specialist resources, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare technical architecture, migration, configuration, integration, and operational documentation.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Provide post-go-live technical support, maintenance, and optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, architecture, administration, or enterprise content management.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Architect, Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior SharePoint Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE), including migration and upgrade projects.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, development, security, search, ECM, workflows, content management, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience with Nintex K2 / K2 Five, including workflow migration and optimization.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise portals, intranets, websites, and business applications.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, and reporting/BI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Power Shell, SQL Server, SharePoint APIs, and relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multiple technical work streams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
