Oracle HCM Consultant

Reports to: Director – Information Technology

We are looking for an experienced HCM Applications Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise HCM systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday
.

The role will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure effective HR technology solutions, system performance, compliance, and user adoption.

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, and Talent Management.
• Configure business rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system processes.
• Translate HR business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage integrations between HCM platforms and third-party systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and system extensions using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
  .
• Manage data migration and conversion from legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and security role validation.
• Provide training and support to HR super users.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, HR, and local labor regulations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.

• 8+ years of experience in HCM systems implementation and support.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Workday
  .
• Experience across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extract, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Power BI
  .
• Strong understanding of HCM integrations and data migration.
• Experience working with cross-functional HR, Finance, and IT teams.
• Oracle or Workday certification is preferred.
• Experience with multi-country payroll and HR compliance is highly desirable.
