Senior Solution Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our Riyadh team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with customers to design innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to lead technical engagements, shape solution strategies, and position Omni Ops as a strategic AI transformation partner.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing, consulting, and presentation skills, and has hands‑on experience designing enterprise AI, cloud, and data solutions.

• Partner with Sales and Business teams to understand customer objectives, business challenges, and technical requirements throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture discussions to identify customer needs and define solution success criteria.
• Design scalable, secure, and cloud‑native AI solution architectures tailored to customer environments.
• Translate business requirements into AI‑driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Deliver executive presentations, technical demonstrations, architecture reviews, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
• Prepare and lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, solution architectures, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Lead customer workshops focused on AI strategy, enterprise architecture, data governance, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.
• Ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery by validating solution architecture, implementation approach, technical scope, assumptions, and risks.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends to continuously strengthen Omni Ops' solution portfolio.
• Mentor junior Solution Engineers and technical team members through coaching, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Represent Omni Ops during executive customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, and technical events.
• Contribute to presales methodologies, reusable solution assets, best practices, and technical playbooks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, Solutions Architecture, Cloud Consulting, or Enterprise Software.
• Proven experience leading enterprise customer engagements from technical discovery through solution design and successful technical closure.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, MLOps, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Hands‑on experience developing or supporting Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud‑native architectures and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of APIs, enterprise integration, networking, identity and access management, security, containers, and modern data platforms.
