BI and Reporting Expert

The BI amp Reporting Expert transforms complex raw enterprise data into actionable visual insights interactive dashboards and executive reporting solutions This role sits between IT infrastructure and business leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization

• Dashboard amp Report Development Design build and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports Power BI Tableau or Qlik Data Modeling
• Architecture Build robust star snowflake schemas optimize DAX SQL queries and manage data models for high performance ETL
• Data Integration Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain automated ETL ELT pipelines from ERPs CRMs and SQL databases into data warehouses
• Business Stakeholder Management Translate complex business requirements into clear KPI frameworks executive summaries and functional dashboard specs
• Data Governance amp Security Enforce row-level security RLS data quality standards and access control policies across all BI platforms

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

• Mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, or Looker.

• Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, procedure optimization).

• Working experience with Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, or SQL Server/SSAS.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ITIL
