IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team at our fast-growing company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT department and ensuring that all technology systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Develop and implement technology strategies and solutions to support business objectives
- Ensure all technology systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
- Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage budget for technology expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for implementation as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and database management
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or other Middle Eastern countries
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local regulations related to data privacy and security
