Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable Service Now SPM Technical Consultant to join our expert team. The consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, optimizing portfolio, program, and project management processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical configurations and customizations within the Service Now platform.
Responsibilities- Configure and customize Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to Service Now SPM
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of Service Now SPM modules
- Conduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery
- Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides to assist teams and clients
- Stay up to date with Service Now platform capabilities and best practices to continuously improve client solutions
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Service Now platform, with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules
- Proficient in Service Now SPM configuration, customization, and administration
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS as applied within the Service Now environment
- Experience with Service Now workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within Service Now
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
- Relevant Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM) are preferred
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
