Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of a SaaS platform.

The role will work closely with Product, Frontend, Backend, QA, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders to ensure the platform is delivered efficiently, operates reliably, and scales to meet user and business needs.

• Lead the day-to-day technical operations of a SaaS platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional Frontend, Backend, QA, Dev Ops, and Product teams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements and development through testing, release, production readiness, and post-release support.
• Manage technical dependencies, priorities, risks, incidents, and release plans.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, operational KPIs, and service quality.
• Support API integrations with external systems and partners.
• Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Translate business needs into clear technical priorities and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

• 4+ years of experience in technical operations, engineering management, technical delivery, product operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience working on a SaaS, cloud, B2B platform, or digital product.
• Strong understanding of Frontend, Backend, APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating or leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, release management, production support, and incident management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HR Tech, payroll, HRMS, HCM, or enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.
