We are in the process to become a CMA-licensed Fin Tech investment firm based in Riyadh, KSA,
operating a modern retail equity trading platform that enables seamless buying and selling of stocks. As a growing firm with a focused setup, we are looking for a pragmatic, reliable, and versatile IT Manager to oversee our technical ecosystem, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and support our day-to-day operations efficiently.
RoleSummary:
The IT Manager will serve as the hands-on technical lead for our trading platform and office infrastructure.
In this role, you will manage local IT operations, coordinate with specialized third-party vendors (cloud hosting, software vendors, and cybersecurity providers), and ensure full compliance with Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) technology guidelines and data security policies.
Key Responsibilities:- CMA & Regulation Compliance:
Align IT security policies, systems, and disaster recovery procedures with CMA requirements and local KSA cybersecurity controls. - Infrastructure & Systems Availability:
Oversee cloud-hosted environments, trading platform availability, system monitoring, and core internal infrastructure to minimize downtime. - Vendor & Partner Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for external technology vendors, software contractors, cloud service providers, and SMS/payment gateway partners. - Data Security & Incident Management:
Ensure basic cybersecurity hygiene, access controls, backups, and data protection standard operating procedures across all company endpoints and servers. - Internal IT Support & Operations:
Manage office IT hardware, internal networks, onboarding/offboarding user access, and day-to-day technical support for employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 to 5 years of general IT administration/management experience, ideally within Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity or direct exposure to Saudi CMA regulations, SAMA cybersecurity guidelines, or NCA framework basics.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and managing external tech vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, self-starter mindset suited for a lean tech team.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
