Data Infrastructure Supervisor

Group Digital IT and Technology

Lead a technical team of data engineers, analysts, and external consultants to manage a robust data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
. You will support enterprise machine learning/AI initiatives, enforce data governance, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across all group subsidiaries.

• Team Leadership: Assign daily work, track deliverables, provide technical mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and foster skill development.
• Data Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion into Microsoft Fabric, ensure data quality and security, optimize pipeline performance, and manage work spaces.
• Analytics & BI Operations: Manage Power BI work spaces and access controls, support interactive dashboard development, and assist subsidiaries with analytics best practices.
• AI & Machine Learning Integration: Coordinate ML model deployments, integrate predictive outputs into operational workflows, and champion generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Vendor & Resource Management: Liaise with internal business units and external vendors, monitor cloud resource consumption/costs for backcharging, and drive efficiency improvements.

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric or Power BI deployments, along with experience supervising small teams or external consultants.
• Certifications: Microsoft Fabric or Power BI professional certification is highly desirable / required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or a related field (relevant professional certifications and practical experience take priority).
