Smart Wave Tech Co. Ltd. is a Riyadh-based systems integrator specializing in professional audiovisual, broadcast, IT and low-current systems. We design, build and operate advanced technology facilities for leading clients across the Kingdom, and we are expanding our operations team.

Own the day-to-day operation of an integrated AV and network environment - the technical backbone behind studios, venues and smart spaces.

• Operate, monitor and maintain integrated AV, audio DSP, video distribution and control systems
• Administer the AV network layer: managed switches, VLANs, multicast and QoS for media traffic
• Manage the CMMS/ticketing workflow: triage, assignment, SLA tracking and closure evidence
• Maintain firmware levels, configuration backups and system documentation
• Coordinate daily operations with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT
• Produce monthly performance and availability reporting

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or IT
• Working knowledge of AV signal flow (audio, video, control) and IP networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with any of: Q-SYS, Dante/AES
  67, Crestron/Extron control, Netgear AV/Cisco switching
• Understanding of CMMS or ITSM ticketing tools (e.g. any ITIL-style workflow)
• Strong documentation habits and clear written English
• Industry certifications (CTS, Dante, Q-SYS, CCNA) are an advantage - not a condition
• Team coordination: daily task assignment, shift planning and workload balancing across technicians
• Reporting discipline: KPI/SLA reporting, client-facing communication and escalation management
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
