About the RoleInstitutionalise Safira's data and commercial intelligence capability. Design and maintain a structured, technology-enabled ecosystem intelligence framework that supports revenue conversion, sponsor retention, pricing discipline, and long-term valuation positioning. This is a commercially oriented analytics role embedded within a growth platform.
Responsibilities- Design and maintain structured data schemas for event attendees, sponsors, partners, and deal introductions
- Ensure clean and standardised data capture across events
- Integrate CRM systems with stageOS and internal tools
- Track pipeline stages and conversion ratios
- Analyse time-to-close metrics and assess sponsor renewal probability
- Map sector engagement patterns and cross-border activity trends
- Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Produce executive-ready intelligence reports
- Deliver quarterly commercial intelligence reports for leadership
- 3–7 years experience in analytics, revenue intelligence, business intelligence, or commercial data roles
- Experience working in growth-stage companies, platforms, or ecosystem environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- Ability to translate raw data into strategic insight
- Exposure to high-level institutional platforms across Saudi Arabia and global markets
