” The Job Description”
Analyze government business requirements and document the gaps between current processes and Oracle EBS HCM capabilities.
Lead and configure core Oracle EBS HCM modules (including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Learning Management, and Self-Service) to align with government administrative structures.
Ensure full system compliance with local Saudi regulations, including requirements from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Pension systems, and GOSI, specifically for government entities.
Design and document necessary customizations or extensions to meet specific business needs not covered by standard system functionalities.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical support and training to end-users within the public sector environment.
Handle HCM system integration requirements with other internal and external systems (such as government budgeting or financial systems).
Requirements:
- Work Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience as an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant. - Sector Experience (Mandatory):
Proven and extensive experience working on Oracle EBS HCM projects within the KSA Government sector. - Technical Expertise:
Deep proficiency in the configuration and support of the following Oracle EBS R12 modules:
Experience:
Prior experience working on or implementing Oracle EBS HCM projects within the KSA Military sector or related security entities.
Skills:
Knowledge of reporting and query tools such as SQL/PL-SQL or Oracle Reports.
