BI and Reporting Expert -Saudi National KSA

The BI & Reporting Expert transforms complex raw enterprise data into actionable visual insights, interactive dashboards, and executive reporting solutions. This role sits between IT infrastructure and business leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development:
  Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).

• Data Modeling & Architecture:
  Build robust star/snowflake schemas, optimize DAX/SQL queries, and manage data models for high performance.

• ETL & Data Integration:
  Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines from ERPs, CRMs, and SQL databases into data warehouses.

• Business Stakeholder Management:
  Translate complex business requirements into clear KPI frameworks, executive summaries, and functional dashboard specs.

• Data Governance & Security:
  Enforce row-level security (RLS), data quality standards, and access control policies across all BI platforms.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

• BI Tools:
  Mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, or Looker.

• Database & Querying:
  Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, procedure optimization).

• Data Warehousing:
  Working experience with Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, or SQL Server/SSAS.

• Certifications (Preferred):
  Microsoft Certified:
  Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ITIL
