Must haveSkills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence, Performance Management
- Technical working knowledge of Experience of Oracle Reports (XML), workflow and PLSQL
- Arabic Speaking
- Gathering Requirements related to HR from Customer
- Doing HRMS setups and configuration in Oracle E-Business Suite
- Preparing Functional Design documents
- Developing PL/SQL packages and reports
