The Job Description
- Monitor and assess data quality across multiple systems databases and data sources
- Define and implement data quality rules standards and validation procedures
- Identify investigate and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies
- Perform data profiling cleansing validation and reconciliation activities
- Develop and maintain data quality KPIs dashboards and regular reports
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring data quality problems
- Collaborate with Data Engineering BI IT and Business teams to improve data accuracy and reliability
- Support the development and implementation of data governance and data management practices
- Ensure data meets defined business rules standards and regulatory requirements
- Document data quality processes rules issues and remediation procedures
- Track data quality issues through resolution and follow up with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality frameworks and processes
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Management Business Analytics Statistics or a related field 3 5 years of experience in Data Quality Data Governance Data Management Business Intelligence or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data quality concepts and dimensions such as Accuracy Completeness Consistency Validity Uniqueness Timeliness
- Strong SQL skills for data validation analysis and reconciliation
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
- Experience with data profiling and data cleansing techniques
- Good understanding of ETL ELT processes and data integration concepts
- Familiarity with Data Governance and Master Data Management concepts is preferred
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
- Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica Talend Collibra or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
