Master Data Controller

As a Master Data Controller
, you will be responsible for managing product and item master data
, ensuring data quality and integrity across systems, and supporting Supply Chain and Operations with reliable information for effective planning and decision‑making.

Location: Riyadh

• Create, maintain, and update product and item master data.
• Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across systems.
• Maintain item master data within ERP and relevant platforms.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support data mapping and the identification of required data elements.
• Develop and maintain master data templates in line with established standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and controls.
• Support Supply Chain master and reference data initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into accurate data requirements.
• Troubleshoot master-data-related system issues and provide required support.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Master Data or Data Management.
• Experience with in FMCG or a similar industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of master data management and data-quality principles.
• Strong data analysis and management skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Data Management certification such as CDMP is an advantage.
