Senior Director - Cloud Solution Excellence

To own the technical pre-sales function for Cloud Solutions, driving solution innovation, proposal competitiveness, and win-rate across the cloud opportunity portfolio.

• Own the end-to-end presales strategy for the new client lifecycle, from opportunity development through awarded.
• Own ERP proposal governance, ensuring approvals, PO/contract receipt, and project registration standards.
• Drive Sales enablement strategy across opportunity shaping, technical qualification, and proposal development.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for lifecycle performance, ensuring consistent quality and value realization pre-sale through post-delivery.
• Own integration of Cloud Customer Engagement and Solution Excellence into a unified customer strategy.
• Define and monitor win-rate KPIs and competitiveness benchmarks against the market.
• Drive contribution to new cloud product and offering development based on market needs and industry-tailored offerings.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Cloud Services, Cloud Solutions, Commercial, and Account Management.
• Executed department-wide presales strategy across the opportunity portfolio.
• Improved win-rate and proposal competitiveness against the market.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cloud solutions, technical pre-sales, solution architecture.
• Cloud Professional/Expert certification required; TOGAF is a plus.
