Key Responsibilities Required Skills & Experience- Oracle Fusion Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
- -General Ledger (GL)
- -Accounts Payable (AP)
- -Accounts Receivable (AR)
- -Fixed Assets (FA)
- -Cash Management (CM)
- -Tax Management
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ecosystem:
- -ARCS
- -PCMCS
- -EPM
- -AHCS
- -AFCS
Manage day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion support services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, requests, and problems.
Monitor service performance, ticket backlogs, and SLA adherence across assigned support teams.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery and issue resolution.
Support governance activities, operational reporting, and escalation management while driving team productivity and service quality.
