Build the partner channel: the resellers, integrators and consultancies who will carry think AI into accounts we will not reach directly. This is a build role, not a management one; the channel largely does not exist yet.

• Recruit, onboard and enable partners across the region.
• Build the commercial framework: margin, deal registration, tiering and the rules of engagement.
• Create the enablement partners need: technical training, positioning and competitive material.
• Run joint pipeline with partners and hold them to it.
• Be the internal advocate for what the channel needs from product and marketing.

• Six years or more in channel or partner management in enterprise technology.
• You have built a channel rather than inherited one.
• Comfort with partner economics and with negotiating them.
• Fluent English. Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Existing partner relationships across the GCC.
• Hardware or infrastructure channel experience.
• Experience launching a partner programme from scratch.

• One of the first deep tech companies in the region, building foundational technology in house.
• Meaningful ownership and impact at an early stage.
