SME – Digital Transformation

Ejad Tech is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Digital Transformation to support strategic opportunities and client engagements across government and private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia.

The role combines digital transformation consulting, business development enablement, solution development, and selective delivery support. The SME will advise clients, assess transformation maturity, shape practical solutions, and ensure alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements, national digital frameworks, and Ejad Tech’s consulting and technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi digital ecosystem, including DGA, SDAIA, NDMO, NORA, relevant national indicators, governance requirements, maturity models, and international best practices.

• Advise clients on digital transformation strategy, operating models, digital maturity, governance, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Conduct maturity assessments, current-state and gap analysis, benchmarking, and target-state definition.
• Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, initiatives, governance models, and performance improvement plans.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical, prioritized, and measurable digital initiatives.

• Advise clients on Saudi digital frameworks, regulatory requirements, and national indicators, including DGA, SDAIA, NDMO, NORA, digital experience maturity, emerging technology readiness, enterprise architecture, and relevant data and technology governance requirements.
• Assess performance against applicable indicators, identify gaps and root causes, and develop initiatives to improve maturity, compliance, and readiness.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable projects, governance measures, and implementation plans.

• Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and transformation priorities.
• Assess opportunities from strategic, consulting, technical, and delivery perspectives.
• Define initial scope, methodology, work streams, deliverables, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
• Design integrated solutions covering consulting, digital strategy, assessments, governance, technology platforms, products, managed services, and transformation programs.
• Support technical and consulting proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and statements of work.
• Ensure proposed solutions are practical, commercially relevant, technically feasible, and aligned with Ejad Tech’s capabilities.

• Support Business Development teams in strategic client meetings, workshops, and opportunity shaping.
• Identify transformation opportunities based on client priorities, pain points, regulatory requirements, and maturity gaps.
• Position Ejad Tech’s capabilities across digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data and AI, digital experience, innovation, governance, cloud, cybersecurity, software, and emerging technologies.
• Lead or support executive workshops, assessments, and strategy discussions, presenting recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Participate selectively in consulting and transformation engagements to ensure continuity between proposed solutions and implementation.
• Provide expert support during assessment, planning, design, governance, and performance improvement stages.
• Review key deliverables and support project teams in resolving complex transformation, maturity, and regulatory alignment challenges.
