Job Title : IBM Safer Payments Support & Implementation Specialist
Contract: Yearly Renewable
Experience: 5+ Years
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IBM Safer Payments Specialist to implement, support, and optimize fraud prevention solutions for a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments
. - Provide production/L2-L3 support
, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. - Configure and optimize fraud rules, scenarios, workflows, and scoring models
. - Support integrations with payment platforms, APIs, and messaging systems.
- Participate in UAT, upgrades, deployments, and post-production support
. - Perform root cause analysis and system performance monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on IBM Safer Payments experience
. - Strong knowledge of fraud detection and payment processing
. - Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL
. - Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration
. - Understanding of ISO 8583 is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
