Müller's Solutions is looking for an experienced UX Team Lead to lead UX initiatives and drive user-centered design across digital products and services.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and end-to-end UX processes.
- Proven experience leading and developing UX/design teams.
- Strong knowledge of UX research, product discovery, interaction design, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience designing and leading interactive web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile interaction patterns and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
