The ideal candidate for the Data Sustainability Manager position will possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data management, and performance reporting. Experience in both startup environments and large enterprises is beneficial, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the auditing, finance, or consulting sectors. Demonstrated leadership in managing projects, teams, or significant initiatives related to data sustainability will be essential for success in this role.

The Data Sustainability Manager is responsible for developing and executing data management strategies that promote sustainability and enhance the efficiency of data usage within ARABCIIA. This role will contribute significantly to our organizational goals by ensuring that data-driven insights inform decision-making processes and drive performance improvements. The Data Sustainability Manager will work closely with stakeholders to implement best practices in data modeling, performance management, and reporting.

• Develop and implement comprehensive data sustainability strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and improve overall performance management.
• Manage the data lifecycle, ensuring accurate data governance and compliance with international indicators.
• Create and maintain robust data models that support reporting and analytics efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on data performance and sustainability metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to optimize data management processes and improve operational efficiencies.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in data analytics and reporting.
• Engage with external partners and organizations to promote data sustainability initiatives.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and international data indicators.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
