- Assist in preparing daily weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Collect and validate data from various departments to ensure accuracy
- Support in maintaining and updating internal databases and tracking sheets
- Help develop dashboards and simple data visualizations for management
- Coordinate with teams to gather required information for reporting
- Assist in documenting processes workflows and system updates
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for MIS-related queries
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems , Computer Science , Business Administration , Statistics , or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
