Marc Ellis is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and IT service operations projects within a banking environment in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and highly available IT infrastructure solutions while ensuring alignment with banking regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and operational best practices.

The successful candidate will manage infrastructure upgrades, data center initiatives, network and security projects, ITSM improvements, and technology transformation programs across a regulated financial services environment.

• Strong IT Infrastructure Project Management background
• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• Regulatory and Compliance Management experience
• Arabic Speaker or Saudi National Preferred

• Project Planning & Delivery
  • Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IT operations projects.
  • Oversee implementation of hardware, software, network, cloud, and security solutions.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Infrastructure & IT Operations
  • Lead infrastructure modernization and upgrade initiatives.
  • Manage data center, network, server, storage, cloud, and security projects.
  • Support IT operations transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure high availability and resilience of banking technology platforms.
• ITSM & Service Improvement
  • Drive implementation and enhancement of IT Service Management processes.
  • Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management initiatives.
  • Align ITSM processes with ITIL best practices.
  • Improve operational efficiency and service quality across IT teams.
• Risk, Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and banking policies.
  • Manage project risks, audit requirements, and security controls.
  • Support regulatory reporting and governance activities.
  • Develop mitigation plans for identified risks and issues.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with banking business units, IT teams, security teams, and compliance functions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and project deliverables.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations, project reviews, and performance assessments.
  • Ensure third-party compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare executive status reports and project dashboards.
  • Present project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to steering committees.
  • Manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project governance documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• Minimum 7 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Proven experience managing Infrastructure, IT Operations, or ITSM projects.
• Strong understanding of banking technology environments.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
