The Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring the delivery of superior application support and an exemplary customer experience. This role encompasses providing comprehensive application and software assistance for the designated product portfolio in close collaboration with sales and field service personnel to deliver high-value service solutions. Additional responsibilities include implementing global Roche application standards, maintaining rigorous case reporting and follow-up protocols, and collaborating with the sales division to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.

Provide high-quality, consistent application support aligned with evolving client requirements and strategic business objectives.

Deliver industry-leading support utilizing established systems and methodology to maintain high client satisfaction standards.

Engage in continuous professional development to maintain robust expertise across all assigned product lines.

Ensure continuous operational coverage during core and extended hours in accordance with contractual service level agreements.

Proactively formulate and execute strategic initiatives based on customer satisfaction metrics and ongoing stakeholder feedback.

Conduct formal system commissioning, technical configuration and user instruction.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical or equivalent is required. At least two years of practical application experience in IVD or medical device industry. Fluent in English language both spoken and written. Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language in the market. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
