- Support and develop RSA Archer applications.
- Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports.
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes and user requests.
- Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and integration issues.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and configuration changes.
- Perform regression testing and post-upgrade validation when required.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation.
- Participate in knowledge-transfer activities and coordinate with business and technical teams.
- BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3+ Yrs of relevant RSA Archer experience.
- Hands-on experience with RSA Archer configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of GRC processes, risk, compliance, controls, and assessment workflows.
- Experience with integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflow configuration.
- Experience supporting configuration changes, upgrades, and regression testing.
- Ability to work in enterprise production and managed-services environments.
