About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer who can own the end-to-end testing process for banking applications across mobile and service layers, from test planning and manual execution through automation development.

• Analyze business requirements and clarify acceptance criteria
• Prepare test plans, test strategies, and detailed test cases
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and UAT test cycles
• Log defects in Jira,prioritize them, andmanage the defect lifecycle through to closure
• Maintain traceable test cases in a test management tool (Zephyr Scale.) and report execution results
• Run tests across multiple devices and OS versions on real-device platforms on cloud device farms.
• Participate actively in the Agile process (refinement, planning, retrospectives) and work closely with the development team

• Develop and maintain API automation suites.
• Build service tests with Postman/Newman and migrate collections into the automation framework
• Integrate regression and smoke suitesinto the CI/CD pipeline

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in software testing

• Hands-on experience with Jira for defect and task tracking
• Experience with test management tools (Zephyr Scale,Xray, Test Rail, etc.)
• Experience building automation frameworks in Java
• Working knowledge of Postman for service testing and collection management
• Proven Appium mobileautomation background.
• TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git
• Solid understanding of REST/JSON, HTTP, and token-based authentication
• Experience integrating tests with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
• Basic SQL for data validation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good written and spoken English

• Framework design using Page Object Model, BDD (Cucumber), or similar approaches
• Awareness of performance testing(JMeter/Gatling) or security testing
• ISTQB Foundation / Advancedcertification
