- Monitor smart systems, dashboards, and central screens.
- Receive alerts and reports, verify them, and classify them according to type, severity, and priority.
- Provide initial response to incidents according to operational plans and approved escalation procedures.
- Coordinate immediately with maintenance, security, safety, emergency teams, field teams, and relevant external parties.
- Follow up on reports from opening to closure, ensuring documentation of actions and results.
- Operate authorized systems and devices, and execute remote control commands within the limits of permissions.
- Analyze operational data, monitor abnormal patterns or recurring faults, and raise observations to the supervisor.
- Prepare daily reports, shift reports, and incident reports, including response times and actions taken.
- Handover shifts accurately, clarifying open reports, pending tasks, and system status.
- Routinely test system readiness and report any malfunctions, connection issues, or performance problems.
