- Perform daily SAP Basis administration and monitoring activities
- Monitor SAP system health, performance, and availability
- Support SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches
- Perform user administration, roles, authorizations, and access management
- Monitor system logs, work processes, background jobs, and system performance
- Perform database monitoring and basic database administration activities
- Support SAP backup and restore activities and troubleshoot system issues
- Monitor interfaces and RFC connections and assist with issue resolution
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related incidents
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Support SAP system maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards

- Support SAP transport management across different environments
- Perform database monitoring and basic database administration activities
- Support SAP backup and restore activities and troubleshoot system issues
- Monitor interfaces and RFC connections and assist with issue resolution
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related incidents
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Support SAP system maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
- Good understanding of SAP architecture and Basis administration
- Basic knowledge of SAP user and authorization management
- Knowledge of SAP transports, background jobs, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of databases such as HANA,or SQL Server
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- SAP Basis certification
