We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Service Engineers to join our team and support our healthcare technology solutions across Saudi Arabia.
About the RoleAs a Service Engineer – Healthcare Technology, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of medical equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with healthcare providers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Service, Technical Support, Field Service Engineering, or Healthcare Technology.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Good understanding of hospital environments and clinical equipment operations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Experience with one or more of the following product categories:
Patient Monitoring Systems, Ultrasound Systems, Defibrillators, ICU & Critical Care Equipment, Diagnostic Medical Equipment, Operating Room Equipment, Healthcare Technology Solutions.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Provide timely technical support and resolve customer issues.
- Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
- Support customer training and equipment operation guidance.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
