Senior System Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to own and evolve our Microsoft identity and messaging infrastructure. You will administer Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Entra , Exchange and DNS, keeping these systems secure, stable and well documented. You will work closely with the security, network and helpdesk teams to resolve complex authentication and connectivity issues and deliver upgrades and migrations.

• Administer, maintain and optimize Active Directory, including OU structure, GPOs, replication and site topology.
• Manage ADFS for federated authentication and SSO, and Microsoft Entra  conditional access and hybrid identity (Entra Connect).
• Manage Exchange Server / Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, transport rules and distribution groups.
• Administer and troubleshoot internal and external DNS.
• Monitor the health, performance and security of AD and identity infrastructure.
• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations and patching across AD, ADFS, Exchange and related systems.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, identity and connectivity issues.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks, collaborate with security, network and helpdesk teams, and join the on-call rotation as needed.

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, ADFS (claims rules, trust configuration), Microsoft Entra  / Azure AD, Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online, and DNS.
• Solid Windows Server administration and Power Shell scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Native Arabic and advanced English communication.
